The dark green round leaves are  pretty easy to grow; harvest in 7-8 weeks when 4-6 inches tall.Will lay flat if not planted very close to each other.

Upland cress is often sold with the roots still attached. It has the same flavor and nutrient density as  true watercress, but with thinner stems and leaves, like baby watercress. … Watercress is from the genus Nasturtium. Upland Cress is from the genus Barbarea.
