Description
White Sh2 has very good eating quality . Roadside and high quality shippers, very tender and sweet.
Sh2 shrunken varieties need warm soil temperatures to germinate properly. Also be sure to separate plantings of sh2 varieties from other corns to prevent cross pollination which can reduce or eliminate the supersweet taste.
Separations can be by distance (at least 100 meters) or time.
